Data we process
Username, optional display name, password hash, session records, VIN profiles, saved VIN records, notes and contact-form details.
Why we process it
To provide account access, generate and manage VIN records, protect the service, respond to requests and maintain an activity trail.
Storage and security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Session identifiers are kept in HttpOnly cookies and stored only as cryptographic hashes in the database. The service does not accept document uploads.
Your choices
You can update records, revoke all sessions or permanently delete your account and its associated data from Settings.
